Wendy Shen

Wendy Shen is an accomplished legal and compliance professional with extensive experience in the financial services sector. Currently serving as Chief Compliance Officer and Legal Counsel at Aspex Management since September 2019, Wendy previously held the position of Director in the General Counsel Division at Credit Suisse, where Wendy led legal advisory for APAC Prime Services and participated in the APAC Legal Innovations Group from February 2010 to July 2018. Earlier in their career, Wendy was an Associate in the banking team at King & Wood Mallesons from October 2007 to October 2009. Wendy holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from The University of Hong Kong, as well as a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) from the University of Toronto.
