John Anderson

John Anderson has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over 20 years. John started their career at Freudenberg-NOK Sealing Technologies as a Regional Manager and GROWTTH Manager. John then moved on to Rolls-Royce, where they served as an Executive Master Black Belt for almost a decade. After that, they joined Exide Technologies as the Corporate Continuous Improvement Manager. Following their time at Exide, they spent three years as the Director of AES Performance Excellence at The AES Corporation. In 2018, John took on the role of Lean Manager at both GE Healthcare and Pilot Freight Services. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Continuous Improvement at Asphalt Materials, Inc.

John Anderson completed their education at Purdue University from 2012 to 2017, where they earned a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Technology, Leadership, and Innovation. Prior to that, from 1988 to 1995, they attended Ball State University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS - ME) degree in Manufacturing Engineering and an Associate of Science (AS - MET) degree in Computer Integrated Manufacturing.
