Cathy Goff

Cathy Goff, SPHR has vast experience in Human Resources, starting as a Human Resources Manager at R.M.D. Corp. Cathy then moved on to become the Director of Human Resources at U-Pull-&-Pay, followed by Vice President of Human Resources at Valicor. Currently, Cathy serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Aspirant. With a degree in Business Management, Human Resources from Indiana University Southeast, Cathy has been instrumental in implementing HR strategies and practices in various organizations.
