Megan Adams

Megan Adams has been employed at Aspirations Care Ltd since October 2020 as a bank intensive support worker, a role held on a flexible contract due to other commitments. Previously, Megan served as an intensive support team leader and specialist support worker, focusing on supporting individuals with autism, learning disabilities, mental health conditions, and challenging behaviors. Responsibilities included crisis management, reviewing and writing support plans, and utilizing Positive Behavior Support (PBS) strategies. From January 2022 to March 2023, Megan worked as a clinical practitioner at Mental Health Innovations. Megan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology with Criminology from The Manchester Metropolitan University, which was completed between 2017 and 2020, and attended King Edward VI Camp Hill School for Girls from 2010 to 2017.
