Gemma Wilson

Gemma Wilson is an experienced educational professional currently serving as SENDCo at Wave Multi Academy Trust since September 2023. Prior to this, Gemma held multiple roles at ASPIRE ACADEMY TRUST, including Area SENDCo, Special Educational Needs Co-Ordinator, and Primary School Teacher, starting in September 2016. Gemma's experience also includes a position as Special Educational Needs Co-Ordinator at Cornwall Council from September 2013 to August 2016 and a teaching role at Cornwall County Council from November 2011 to August 2016. Gemma's educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Education (BEd) in Primary Education from The University of St. Mark and St. John, a Postgraduate Certificate in National Award for SEND Co-Ordination from the University of Plymouth, and an NPQSL in Education from Best Practice Network, expected to be completed in April 2024.
