Jose Neyra

Jose Neyra currently serves as the Bilingual Senior Manager of Operational Excellence at Aspire Bakeries, starting in December 2023. Prior to this role, Jose held several positions at The Kraft Heinz Company from April 2015 to November 2023, including Continuous Improvement Manager and E&T Pillar Manager, where responsibilities included fostering a culture of continuous improvement and overseeing the Integrated Lean Six Sigma education and training initiatives. Jose has also worked as Production Manager at Nitta Gelatin USA and Manufacturing Supervisor at Unilever, gaining extensive experience in management and operational efficiency throughout a career that began in the late 1990s. Jose holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Washington State University and is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Engineering from Universidad Privada Antenor Orrego.
