Sharon Lawrence

Sharon Lawrence has a rich work experience spanning several decades across various industries. Sharon started their career in 1986 at Heller Financial, Inc., where they worked as a Human Resources Manager. Sharon then joined PepsiCo/Pizza Hut Inc. in 1989 as a Regional Human Resources Manager. In 1994, they moved on to PNC Mortgage, where they held multiple leadership positions, eventually becoming the Vice President of Human Resources. In 2001, Sharon joined Right Management Consultants as the Regional Managing Principal, overseeing career transition service delivery and developing the executive practice. In 2005, they joined FPL Advisory Group as a Managing Director for a year. In 2007, Sharon joined NorthShore University HealthSystem, where they served as the Vice President of Human Resources, leading various HR initiatives and managing physician talent. Their most recent position is with Aspire Chicago, where they served as the Chief People Officer from 2020 to 2023 before being promoted to the role of Chief Operating Officer.

Sharon Lawrence holds a Master of Science degree in Learning and Organization Change from Northwestern University. Sharon also earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. In addition to their formal education, they obtained a certification in Hogan Personality Assessment Inventory from Hogan Assessment Systems.
