Grace Iyer

Grace graduated Magna Cum Laude with a 3.98 GPA from Mills College in 2021 with a BA in English Literature. For about 10 years, Grace has been at Bay Area Girls Rock Camp, volunteering as a drum instructor and band coach and working as the Program and Site Coordinator. Grace collaborates with coworkers to design and implement music education programming for girls and trans youth. Grace implemented and ran a "gear reparations" program by managing in-kind donations, through which Black and Indigenous Bay Area residents can receive musical instruments and other gear for free.
