Chad Shepherd

Chad Shepherd has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Chad began their career as a State Hospital Liaison at Aspire Indiana, Inc. (previously known as BehaviorCorp, Inc.) in 1995. In 1998, they transitioned to becoming a Loan Officer at MIB Mortgage Company. The following year, they worked as a Marketing Assistant at 3G Mermet. Chad then joined The Kroger Company in 2000, where they served as a Meat/Seafood Coordinator until 2013. During this time, they also became a Campus Pastor at Journey Church in 2013. In 2011, they took on a role as a Missionary at Catalyst Resources International. Chad's most recent positions include working as a Senior Chaplain at the International Fellowship of Chaplains Inc since March 2018, and as a Hamilton Co. Home and Community Based Services Manager at Aspire Indiana, Inc. since December 2018. Chad'sexperience includes mental health and addictions program management, retail district management, international missions/relief, pastoral care, and extensive volunteer work. Chad is known for their versatility and fearlessness in pursuing their vision.

Chad Shepherd has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, Church Music, and Religion from Anderson University. Chad obtained this degree from 1992 to 1996. Later, they pursued a Master of Arts degree in Applied Theology from Anderson University from 2013 to 2017. Additionally, Chad has several certifications including an Authority to Solemnize Marriages from the Secretary of State of Ohio, a Ministerial License from The Church of God - Anderson, Indiana, an Appointment to Missionary Service from Commission To Every Nation, and a Food Safety Professional certification from the National Registry of Food Safety Professionals, ANSI.
