Staphany Santana has a diverse work experience in various roles related to community engagement, project management, and preschool coordination. Starting in 2018, they worked as an Assistant Preschool Teacher at Hoosier Courts Nursery School, where they supported the growth of preschoolers through play-based activities. In 2020, they became an Intern at Boys & Girls Clubs of Bloomington-Ferguson Crestmont Club, facilitating programs to promote growth and encourage healthy lifestyles.
