Mshm Staphany Santana

Staphany Santana has a diverse work experience in various roles related to community engagement, project management, and preschool coordination. Starting in 2018, they worked as an Assistant Preschool Teacher at Hoosier Courts Nursery School, where they supported the growth of preschoolers through play-based activities. In 2020, they became an Intern at Boys & Girls Clubs of Bloomington-Ferguson Crestmont Club, facilitating programs to promote growth and encourage healthy lifestyles. Also in 2020, they joined Monroe County Community School Corporation as a Preschool Coordinator, where they collaborated with a co-teacher to create lesson plans and organize activities for infant development. From 2021 to 2022, Staphany worked as a Project Management Fellow at Clinica San Felipe, partnering with a marketing company to develop proposals and performing project management tasks for the clinic. Currently, they are a Community Engagement Coordinator at Aspire Indiana Health.

Staphany Santana obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development and Family Studies, General from Indiana University Bloomington, which they completed from 2016 to 2020. Staphany then pursued a Master of Science in Healthcare Management (MSHM) degree at Indiana University - Kelley School of Business from 2021 to 2022. In addition to their academic qualifications, they have obtained various certifications from LinkedIn, including "Creating Great First Impressions," "Expert Tips for Answering Common Interview Questions," "Leading Virtual Meetings," "Leading Virtually: Vulnerability and Presence when Working from Home," "Remote Work Foundations," and "Video Interview Tips."
