Haley Fiorentino began their work experience in 2015 at Yelp, where they worked as an Account Executive for a year and a half. In 2016, they transitioned to AspireIQ and started as a Customer Success Manager. Over the years, they took on increasingly senior roles, eventually becoming the Senior Customer Success Manager. In January 2019, they were promoted to the Customer Success Team Manager position, and in April 2020, they assumed their current role as the Director of Customer Success at AspireIQ.
Haley Fiorentino earned their Bachelor's Degree in Communication Studies from Loyola Marymount University, where they studied from 2011 to 2015.
