Laurel Koegel

Laurel Koegel has a diverse range of work experience spanning multiple industries. Laurel began their career in 1999 as an Office Manager/Executive Assistant at D&E Pharmaceuticals, Inc., where they worked until 2005. From 2005 to 2011, they worked as an Office Manager/Executive Assistant at I.M. MACK Construction Managers, Inc.

In 2016, Laurel joined KidPass as an Account Manager, responsible for onboarding and building relationships with kids activity providers. Laurel worked in this role until 2017 when they transitioned to Winning By Design. as an Executive Administrative Assistant.

From 2017 to 2019, Laurel served as an Executive Administrative Assistant at UserVoice, where they provided support until 2019. During this time, they also worked as an Executive Administrative Assistant at Winning By Design. until 2018.

Laurel joined Mighty Capital in 2018 and held the positions of Senior Operations Manager and Director of Operations until 2019. Laurel then moved on to Products That Count, where they worked as a Senior Product Operations Manager until 2019 and later as the Director of Product Operations until 2021.

In 2018, Laurel also started working as a Freelance/Virtual Assistant at Upwork, a role they continue to hold. Most recently, they joined Aspire in 2018 as an Executive & People Operations Assistant and was later promoted to the role of Executive & People Operations Coordinator in 2022.

Laurel Koegel completed their high school education at Butler High School from 1994 to 1997, but did not obtain a specific degree or field of study during this time. Additionally, Laurel has acquired several certifications in different areas such as Collaborative Hiring from Greenhouse Software, Rippling Certified: Open Enrollment Administration from Rippling, Snagit Certification from TechSmith Corporation, Rippling Certified: Payroll Administration from Rippling, and What's Next: Reinventing Work in the New Normal from LinkedIn. These certifications were obtained between the years 2020 and 2023.
