Michelle Renae Brown has extensive experience in various leadership roles within the technology and retail industries. Michelle Renae began their career in 1995 as a Retail Store Manager and Programmer Analyst at EXPRESS. Michelle Renae then worked at JPMorgan Chase & Co. from 1999 to 2010, starting as a Systems Analyst Lead and progressing to the roles of AVP, Project Manager, and VP, Program Manager.
In 2010, Michelle joined L Brands as a Manager, IT Project Management, where they led and managed large-scale initiatives for Victoria's Secret's digital and store channels. During their tenure, they successfully implemented Agile and Scrum practices and led the turnaround and delivery of a digital and social content web project.
Michelle continued their career at Victoria's Secret, where they served as Senior Manager, Store Operations, leading teams in workforce management and store technology strategy. Michelle Renae championed the replacement of the WFM system and initiated the RFP process for its implementation.
Michelle Renae then joined L Brands as Senior Manager, IT Program Management, overseeing a portfolio of enterprise Omni-channel technology projects across five brands. Michelle Renae provided leadership, coaching, and talent development to project managers and managed a multi-million dollar portfolio budget.
In 2016, Michelle worked as a Senior Omni-Channel Consultant at Abercrombie & Fitch, delivering international Omni-channel projects and managing project teams and budgets.
In 2017, they joined BMW Financial Services as a Senior Project Management Consultant, leading a risk and compliance project and driving organizational change management activities.
From 2018 to 2018, Michelle served as IT Program Director at Kendra Scott, leading the improvement of IT systems and enhancing organizational scalability through the implementation of enterprise systems.
From 2019 to 2021, they worked as a Business Systems Implementation Project Manager at Four Hands, managing NetSuite ERP and Oracle Cloud WMS implementations and overseeing 50+ projects.
Most recently, Michelle joined Aspirent in 2022 as a Manager Consultant, serving as a Consulting Technical Program Manager to a global retailer supporting Supply Chain technologies. Michelle Renae spearheads technical delivery and leads teams through the enhancement and integration of distribution center systems.

Michelle Renae Brown has a Master's degree in Business Administration from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University. Michelle Renae also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems and a Certificate in Accounting, both from Southwestern Oklahoma State University. In addition, Michelle has obtained a certification as a Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute in September 2005.
