Shaluvi Gautam has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Shaluvi currently works as a Technical Program Manager (TPM) at Aspirent since August 2021. In this role, they are responsible for gathering requirements from stakeholders, customizing UI for project architecture, conducting stakeholder meetings, and facilitating updates with leadership. Shaluvi also onboards and trains new team members, leads program increments, and manages a team of six members. Additionally, they assist with finance and sourcing tasks, organizes triage meetings, and works on mitigation strategies with management.
Before joining Aspirent, Shaluvi worked as a Microsoft Premier Engineer at Tek Experts from November 2020 to July 2021. Prior to that, they served as a Website Content Manager at Bukharaa Group of Restaurants from November 2019 to October 2020. Shaluvi also has experience as a Software Engineer (SE) / Project Coordinator (PC) at Document Storage Systems from June 2016 to October 2019.
In terms of education, Shaluvi engaged in undergraduate research with a professor at Kennesaw State University from January 2015 to May 2016. Shaluvi was involved in gathering requirements for a motion-based game for elderly individuals, wrote an abstract for the National Conference on Undergraduate Research (NCUR), and presented the abstract at the 21st Annual Symposium of Student Scholars at Kennesaw State University.
Shaluvi Gautam has a strong educational background in computer science and software engineering. They obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Software Engineering from both Kennesaw State University and Southern Polytechnic State University, completing their studies between 2014 and 2016. Prior to that, Shaluvi pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science at Georgia State University from 2012 to 2014. They completed their high school education at Northview High School from 2008 to 2011, specializing in Computer Science. Shaluvi also holds additional certifications, including being recognized as the 2016 Undergraduate Scholar of Research and Creative Activity by Kennesaw State University and obtaining the CCNA Discovery certification in January 2011.
