Ranjith Vidyadharan

Ranjith Vidyadharan is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of HR for Aspire Systems in Poland since May 2012, following a role as Manager of Talent Management. Ranjith spearheads HR functions, focusing on employee engagement, relations, and performance appraisal processes, while collaborating with leadership on organizational metrics and talent management. Ranjith has successfully managed change during acquisitions, implemented various HR policies, and played a crucial role in campus recruitment initiatives. Prior experience includes roles at Datamatics Staffing Services Pvt Ltd as an Associate Consultant and as an HR Executive at Placement Consultant. Ranjith holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from James Cook University Singapore and a Bachelor of Engineering from Anna University Chennai.
