Charis Mcgowan

Charis McGowan is a Diversity Talent Manager at Aspiring Solicitors since May 2023, focusing on supporting aspiring solicitors from diverse backgrounds in building employability skills through coaching and mentoring. Prior to this role, McGowan served as an Early Careers Specialist at DWF from October 2016 to May 2023, where responsibilities included managing the recruitment of trainee solicitors and apprentices across the UK and ROI.
