Kimberly Entenmann has a diverse range of work experience in the field of human resources. Kimberly began their career as a Human Resources Coordinator at Heyde Companies in 2001 before moving on to a similar role at St. Joseph's Hospital/Hospital Sisters Health System in 2006. At St. Joseph's Hospital, they eventually became the Director of Human Resources, overseeing various aspects such as talent management, employee relations, and compensation. During their time there, they successfully launched and implemented Halogen eAppraisal and Halogen Talent Management-eAppraisal. In 2013, they joined Hospital Sisters Health System as a Talent Management Project Leader. In 2014, they transitioned to Weston Insurance as an Assistant Vice President of Human Resources. In 2016, they joined Aspirus Health, first as the Director of Human Resources for Aspirus Wausau Hospital, Aspirus Clinics, and Post Acute Care, then as the Vice President of Human Resources for Aspirus Wausau Hospital, Aspirus Medical Group, and Post Acute Care. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Human Resources for the Central Region, Aspirus Medical Group, and Post Acute Care at Aspirus Health.
Kimberly Entenmann holds a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Human Resources Management from Concordia University-St. Paul, which they obtained from 2008 to 2012. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Stout, from 1996 to 2000.
