Rob Heen

Rob Heen has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Rob is currently working as the Vice President of Operations at Aspirus Health, starting in 2023. Prior to this, they held the role of SVP/President of the Medical Group at MercyOne from 2020 to 2022. From 2019 to 2020, they were the Chief Operating Officer at Mercy. Rob also served as the Chief Operations Officer at The Iowa Clinic from 2010 to 2019. Earlier in their career, Rob Heen worked at Monroe Clinic, where they held various positions such as Practice Director of Business Operations and Clinical Practice Director. Rob also worked at Uplands Healthcare Ltd as the Director of Rehabilitation Services and Staff Physical Therapist.
