Rahul Bakshi

Rahul Bakshi serves as the Group General Counsel and Founding Member at Vance (YC W22) since March 2022. Previously, Rahul held the position of Deputy General Counsel at the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) from November 2020 to March 2022. Prior to NPCI, Rahul was General Counsel for both KreditBee and KrazyBee from April 2019 to October 2020. Rahul’s extensive legal experience also includes roles such as Senior Legal Manager at PayU from October 2015 to March 2019, Associate Lawyer at InterGlobe Technologies from October 2014 to September 2015, Legal Counsel at Capital Limited from April 2013 to October 2014, and Lawyer at Adams Law from October 2010 to December 2012. Rahul Bakshi holds a Master’s degree in Law (LLM) with a focus on International Commercial and Corporate laws from Queen Mary University of London.
