Brian Ramseur

Brian Ramseur has a strong background in proposal operations and management. Brian currently holds the position of Vice President of Proposal Operations at ASRC Federal since March 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Proposals at Caliburn International from June 2018 to March 2021. From August 2015 to June 2018, Brian worked as the Director of Proposal Services at Technica Corporation. Brian also gained experience as a Lead Associate at Booz Allen Hamilton from December 2013 to August 2015. Earlier in their career, Brian held positions at Technica Corporation as a Proposal Manager from December 2010 to December 2013, and as a Proposal Analyst from May 2007 to December 2010. Brian began their career as a Research Analyst at Catapult Technology in 2003.

Brian Ramseur completed their Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies (B.I.S.) in Humanities at the University of Virginia from 2009 to 2013. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Indiana University Bloomington, completing it from 2018 to 2020. Additionally, they hold certifications in APMP® Bid and Proposal Management Practitioner, to be obtained in 2023, and APMP - Foundation.
