Greg Resutek

Greg Resutek is ASRC Federal executive vice president and chief financial officer. As the CFO, Resutek’s responsibilities include financial planning and reporting, corporate accounting and compliance, cash delivery, program control and pricing strategy. He also provides oversight to ASRC Federal’s information technology and contracts functions.

Resutek is a certified public accountant with over 32 years’ experience in finance and business operations. Prior to joining ASRC Federal, he was vice president of business operations for URS Corporations $2.8 billion Federal Systems Division. There he was responsible for business operations, strategic pricing and financial planning. Resutek previously spent 17 years with Motorola’s Federal Government Division as both a sales manager and an operations controller for a $750 million business unit.

Resutek has a bachelor’s in finance from the University of Maryland and an MBA from the George Washington University. An avid supporter of community organizations, he serves as Chairman for Special Olympics Maryland.
