Monica Hart

Monica Hart has a diverse work experience in finance and accounting. Monica most recently served as the Senior Vice President of Financial Shared Services at ASRC Federal. Prior to that, they were the Vice President of Financial Shared Services at SAIC. Monica also held the position of Vice President of Accounting at VT Group. Before that, Monica was the Sr. Director of Accounting Shared Services at Vencore Inc., where they managed various accounting functions and led a team of 21 employees. Monica also had roles as Senior Director of Accounting Operations at Sotera Defense Solutions, Inc., Director of Finance at General Dynamics Information Technology, Director of Accounting Operations at Deltek, Inc., Division Controller at SAIC, and Accounting Manager at Northrop Grumman Mission Systems. In these positions, Monica demonstrated their expertise in managing accounting operations and integrating merged operations.

Monica Hart obtained an Associate of Science (AS) degree with a General Studies emphasis on Accounting from Northern Virginia Community College, where they studied from 1994 to 1996. Monica also holds a certification as a Certified Payroll Professional from the American Payroll Association.
