Jaleah Ladson Bba

Jaleah Ladson BBA currently serves as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems since June 2025. Previously, Jaleah was a Community Volunteer at Nourish Up and an HR Onboarding Specialist at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, where responsibilities included managing onboarding processes and ensuring compliance with employment documentation. Jaleah also provided support as a Microsoft Excel Preceptor, enhancing student skills through personalized instruction. In addition to volunteer work with Roof Above, Jaleah interned in Global Human Resources & Affinity Networks at Milliken & Company, where a New Hire Networking event was established to improve onboarding. The educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management from UNC Charlotte, complemented by experience as an Assistant Manager and Server at IHOP. Jaleah participated in the Harvard Summer Venture in Management Program in June 2024.
