Doris Bajah

Doris Bajah is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and compliance. Currently serving as the Assistant General Counsel at Assala Energy since July 2019, Doris has previously held senior legal positions at Schlumberger, where responsibilities included overseeing compliance strategies across Europe and Africa, delivering anti-bribery and corruption training, and managing legal affairs as the Legal Counsel & Compliance Officer for West Africa. Earlier experience includes a role as Assistant Legal Counsel at Shell Petroleum Development Company in Nigeria. Doris Bajah holds an LLB in Law from the University of Ibadan and is affiliated with the International Compliance Association.
