Pawel Hansdorfer

Pawel Hansdorfer has a diverse and extensive work experience in the IT industry. Pawel started their career at Oracle Polska as a Senior Consultant, where they gained valuable experience in project management, quality assurance, and Very Large Database design. Pawel then progressed to the role of Consulting Services Quality Manager at Oracle Polska.

Following their time at Oracle Polska, Pawel joined HP, where they held multiple roles, including Expert Program/Project Manager and Account Delivery Executive. During this period, they honed their expertise in program and project management.

In 2014, Pawel joined Asseco Poland as the Managed Services Director of the Infrastructure Division. Here, they successfully developed the department's capabilities in ITIL projects delivery and expanded into new markets and offerings.

Continuing their career with Asseco, Pawel took on the position of President at Nile Data Systems in 2019. Pawel led the company with responsibility and determination until 2024.

In 2017, Pawel joined Asseco Data Systems as the Managing Director of International Business, where they focused on developing and operating international businesses, particularly in Africa and the Middle East. Pawel played a crucial role in building international partnerships and joint ventures.
