Sarah Katen

Sarah Katen has work experience as a Research Scientist at Door Pharmaceuticals since June 2019. Before that, they worked as a Research Scientist at Assembly Biosciences, Inc. starting in November 2014. Sarah also worked as a Research Scientist at Indiana University Bloomington from July 2017 to June 2019, and as a Postdoctoral Fellow at Vanderbilt University Medical Center from November 2012 to October 2014.

Sarah Katen received their Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering with a Biotech option from the University of Oklahoma in 2005. Sarah then pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Biochemistry at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center from 2005 to 2008. Following that, they attended Indiana University Bloomington from 2008 to 2012, where they earned their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology.
