Audsley Carr

Audsley began her career in corporate advertising and marketing and has applied the industry insights she gained to executive search. Her focus in this category has led to successful Head of Sales, Head of Marketing and CRO placements in various global software companies.

Before Assembly, Audsley served as Principal to Bespoke Partners and Director of Sales at Betts Recruiting, specializing in Sales and Marketing leadership searches for VC-backed software companies.

Originally from Memphis, TN, Audsley earned her B.A in Economics from the University of Virginia before moving to Austin, Texas. When not working or traveling, expect to find Audsley exploring Austin’s latest and greatest with her husband and their golden retriever, Kevin.
