Kim Gillman

Kim Gillman has a diverse background in operations, business consulting, environmental advocacy, and customer service. Currently serving as a People and Operations Associate at Assembly OSM since August 2019, Kim assists the executive team with various operational tasks. Prior experience includes a role as a Business Solutions Consultant at Valiant Solutions, Inc., where Kim helped clients in the hospitality and security industries address business challenges. Engagements at Cayuga Nature Center and NYPIRG illustrate a commitment to education and environmental advocacy, while roles at Cornell University's dining services and The General Contractors Association of New York showcased skills in customer service and research. Kim also cultivated legal knowledge as a Legal Intern at Skanska USA Civil Northeast and gained sales experience as a Solar Ambassador with Level Solar.
