Johnathon Palmer

Johnathon Palmer has a diverse work experience in various roles. Johnathon is currently working as a Customer Success Associate at Assent Compliance Inc since September 2021. Prior to this, Johnathon worked as an Implementation Specialist at Mad Mobile from January 2021 to August 2021, and at CAKE Corporation from January 2020 to January 2021. In these roles, they managed and documented ongoing account challenges for multiple clients, supervised shipment and training for enterprise accounts and franchises, provided support for coworkers on installation and maintenance of remote access tools, and installed Point of Sale and Network equipment while training staff and management at various national accounts. Before joining CAKE Corporation, Johnathon also worked as a Customer Service Representative at CAKE Corporation from July 2017 to January 2020. Starting their career, they worked as a Sales Development Representative at Verizon from May 2015 to November 2016, where they achieved a top 10 ranking in sales in the U.S. Northeast Region.

Johnathon Palmer obtained an Associate's degree in General Studies from San Jacinto College, where they attended from 2012 to 2013. In addition, they have also obtained two certifications: Level 1 Customer Success Foundations and Level 2 Customer Success Advanced, both from Growth Molecules. These certifications were obtained in September 2021 and November 2021, respectively.
