Sibi Anand has held various positions in different companies over the years, starting as a Supply Officer at Public Works and Government Services Canada. They then transitioned to roles in consulting and business services at companies such as IBM, Saba Software, and Cornerstone OnDemand. Currently, they are working as a Principal focusing on AI Strategy & Innovation at Assent. Sibi Anand graduated from Carleton University with a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance.
