Pekka Kotkajuuri

Pekka Kotkajuuri is a Finnish business executive who has held several management positions at different companies, including AGA, Webforum Europe AB, and Novetos Oy. Pekka is currently a board member at Assently.

Kotkajuuri started their career in 1980 as a marketing manager at AGA. Pekka then held several management positions at the company before leaving in 1999. Pekka then worked as a consultant for Novetos Oy from 2001 to 2004. In 2006, they became a member of the board of Suomen Strategisen Johtamisen Seura ry, a forum for knowledge and competence for academics, business leaders, consultants, and developers. Pekka served as the organization's secretary-general from 2006 to 2010. Kotkajuuri has been a board member at Assently since 2010.

Pekka Kotkajuuri has an MBA from Henley Business School, where they focused on strategy and the internationalisation process of Finnish SMEs in the new economy. Pekka also has a JES from LIFIM 180 and is an engineer with a focus in chemistry and process from Tampere University of Applied Sciences. In addition, they have experience in board work and corporate governance from Boardman Alumnit.
