Ilektra Kanaki

Ilektra Kanaki is an experienced Agile Coach and Scrum Master with a strong background in leading teams and implementing agile methodologies across various industries. Currently serving as a Scrum Master at Asset Integrity Engineering since July 2023, Ilektra manages the delivery of the Veracity software product. Previous roles include Agile Coach positions at Agility in Mind and Equifax, where responsibilities encompassed coaching, continuous process improvement, and budget tracking. Ilektra has a robust history with Oakbrook Finance as an Agile Delivery Manager and significant leadership experience at Rolls-Royce, where oversight of multiple projects and teams was provided. Ilektra holds a Master’s degree in Thermal Power from Cranfield University and an Engineer's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens.
