Greg Leopold

Greg Leopold is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience in tenant representation, international expansion, and portfolio management. Since June 2010, Greg has led the Tenant Representation department at Asset Strategies Group, LLC, focusing on maximizing the value of tenant real estate portfolios. Prior to this, Greg served as Senior Director of Real Estate at Abercrombie & Fitch from 2006 to 2010, where international expansion efforts for Hollister were spearheaded across several European countries. Greg also held the role of Senior Director of Real Estate at Limited Too from 2000 to 2006, overseeing the expansion of the brand and the launch of Justice stores. Additionally, from 1987 to 2000, Greg managed real estate for all divisions of L Brands, including notable brands like Victoria's Secret and Bath & Body Works. Greg holds a Juris Doctor degree from Drake University Law School, earned between 1979 and 1982.
