Mervin Salazar, CFM® and AssocRICS, currently serves as the Integrated Services Manager at Assetlink, overseeing facility services for shopping centers in Victoria since September 2021. Prior experience includes roles such as Services Manager (Seconded) at QIC for Watergardens Shopping Centre, Business and Facilities Consultant at HPH Technical Solutions Inc. focusing on projects in the Philippines and Norway, and various managerial positions in facilities and real estate across multiple organizations, including VXI Global Solutions and TTEC. Mervin holds an MBA in Human Resource Management and Supply Chain from the Australian Institute of Business, completed between 2017 and 2022.
