Michele Chan has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Michele started their career at Embarcadero Systems Corporation in 2002, where they gained experience as a Marketing Project Manager, overseeing various tasks such as RFP proposal process management, web and Sharepoint content management, tradeshow logistics, and sales administration. Michele then moved on to CT Summation in 2007, taking on the role of Marketing Communication Manager, where they led the implementation of Eloqua and launched a new company website. In 2010, they joined PMI Mortgage Insurance Co. as a Senior Direct Marketing Manager, responsible for designing targeted email communication, creating management reports, and developing automated nurture programs. Most recently, they have been working at AssetMark since 2011, holding various roles including Manager and Senior Manager of Email and Marketing Automation, Director of Channel Marketing, and currently, Director of Marketing Operations. In their current role, they focus on developing and managing automated event registration programs, as well as multi-touch automated programs for contact nurture and lead acquisition campaigns.
