Rachael Palmer

Rachael Palmer is an experienced professional in vendor performance and claims management, currently serving as the Vendor Performance Lead at AssetMark, a position held since April 2019, following roles as Vendor Performance Analyst and Senior Case Manager. Prior to AssetMark, Rachael worked at Global Financial Private Capital, LLC as an Integrations Associate from July 2018 until its acquisition by AssetMark. Rachael has also held a position as Claims Manager at Compass Marine Services from December 2015 to July 2018, where responsibilities included processing towing claims and maintaining relationships with insurance representatives. Rachael's career began at The Haven in a developmental role from February 2007 to October 2015, focusing on coordinating care plans for developmentally disabled teens. Rachael earned a Bachelor's degree in Professional and Technical Communication from the University of South Florida Sarasota-Manatee and an Associate's degree in Crime Scene Technology from St. Petersburg College.
