Richard Watson is an experienced project manager with a robust background in wealth management and investment operations. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at AssetMark since December 2020, Richard has successfully launched the Trading Solutions Product Group, automated vendor contract execution, and improved compliance oversight for regulatory reporting. Prior to this, Richard held senior project management roles at Cetera Financial Group, Publicis Sapient, Franklin Templeton, and Mellon Capital Management, focusing on project execution and strategic enhancements in financial platforms and risk management systems. Richard's career began in software engineering at Refinitiv, evolving through significant roles at Fidelity Investments and Charles Schwab, emphasizing both technological development and operational efficiency. Richard holds an MBA in Finance from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University and a BS in Information Technology from the University of Michigan.
