Jay Redfearn

James Redfearn, MBA, PMP has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. From 1999 to 2004, they worked at State Street Corporation as a Performance Analyst. James then worked as a Consultant at DST International and Financial Models Company in 2004. From 2005 to 2007, they worked at Lewtan Technologies as a Consulting Analyst Manager, where they managed a team of one and was responsible for creating systems designed to build asset-backed securities, liaising with business teams at investment banks and collateral owners, and maintaining reporting systems that assessed the monthly performance of securities. From 2007 to 2009, they worked at Citisoft, Inc. as a Consultant, where they facilitated and managed industry best practices and solutions related to business analysis, strategic recommendations, and project management. From 2009 to 2010, they worked at Fidelity Investments as a Product Manager, where they were responsible for delivery and integration of Thomson One market data and wealth management tools in the Correspondent marketplace. From 2010 to 2017, they worked at Vermilion Software as the Director of Professional Services, where they were responsible for executing and overseeing multiple implementation projects pertaining to scope, budget, and schedule of the Vermilion Reporting Suite. Finally, from 2017 to 2022, they worked at FactSet as the Global Head of Professional Services, where they managed a global team of professional services and product support specialists, acted as the primary escalation point of contact for all things related to professional services and product support on a global basis, and facilitated and managed multiple regional Professional Services and Support heads and teams with a focus on exceptional client service, sales support, revenue growth, and margin maintenance. James is currently working at Assette as the Managing Director of Client Implementations.

James Redfearn obtained their MBA in Economics from Bentley University - McCallum Graduate School of Business between 1997 and 1999. Prior to that, they earned their BA in Business Administration from Johnson State College between 1994 and 1997.
