Frank Syma

Frank Syma has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Frank most recently served as the Chief Operating Officer at FacilityForce since December 2021. Prior to that, they held various positions at AssetWorks LLC, including Executive Director of Development and Chief Product Officer. Frank'stenure at AssetWorks began in 2013. Before joining AssetWorks, Frank worked as a Senior Developer at Maximus, Inc AssetSolutions Division from 2003 to 2009. Frank also worked as a Programmer at Assetworks and AEC Data Systems from 1995 to 2000.

Frank Syma attended East Central High School from 1985 to 1989, where they obtained their Diploma. Following high school, they pursued higher education at The University of Texas at San Antonio from 1989 to 1995. During their time at the university, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.

In addition to their formal education, Frank Syma has also obtained certifications to enhance their professional skills. In May 2013, they achieved a Scrum Master Certification from the Scrum Alliance. Furthermore, in March 2021, they completed a course called "Transitioning from Manager to Leader" through LinkedIn.
