Suman Joshi

Suman Joshi has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Suman began their career as a Sales Officer at Indian Oil Corporation Limited in Mumbai in 1981. Suman then worked as an Executive Assistant/Officer Marketing Services at Alfa Laval Ltd from 1982 to 1986. Following this, they served as a Training Officer at Hindustan Zinc Ltd in Udaipur from 1988 to 1991.

In 1998, Suman joined DE Shaw/Wilco/ADP as a Senior Associate and worked there until 2000. Suman then held the position of Manager HR & Communication Strategy at Elind Computers Private Limited in Bangalore from 2001 to 2003.

Suman's next role was as Manager HR at Hexaware-PeopleSoft India Services Centre in Bangalore from 2004 to 2005. Suman further advanced their career as General Manager HR at Satyam Computer Services in 2005 and 2006.

From 2007 to 2010, Suman co-founded and served as Director at Interweave Consulting. Subsequently, they joined Tech Mahindra in 2011 and held the role of AVP & Head HR for five business units.

Currently, Suman serves as the Head HR at Assetz Property Group, a position they have held since 2015.

Suman Joshi completed an MBA degree from Karnatak University from 1978 to 1980.
