Thelma Mbang

Thelma Mbang is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Manager of People Solutions at Assiniboine Credit Union since December 2020, Thelma previously held several positions at ExxonMobil from July 2009 to November 2020, including HR Advisor for Joint Venture and Deepwater Operations, where responsibilities included succession planning, performance management, and recruitment campaign coordination for a large employee base. Additionally, Thelma’s experience spans HR roles in Médecins Sans Frontières, the Centre for Democracy and Development, and OCEANIC BANK INT'L PLC. Thelma holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and International Relations from Carleton University and is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management Nigeria.
