Dana Waelder

Dana Waelder has extensive work experience, starting in 2006 with Express Scripts as a Sr. Training Specialist/Technical Writer until September 2012. From October 2012 to July 2013, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Aspect Software. They then transitioned to the role of Managed Services - Change Management Specialist from July 2013 to February 2015. From February 2015 to March 2016, Dana worked as a Project Manager - Managed Services at Aspect Software. They then became a Sr. Project Manager - Professional Services from March 2016 to August 2018.

In 2018, Dana joined EVERSANA as a Project Manager in the Program Management Office, where they worked until March 2020. From there, they became a Delivery Manager/Application Development and Support Manager until October 2020.

In 2020, Dana joined Citus Health as a Customer Success Manager until July 2021.

Currently, Dana holds the role of Senior Project Manager at AssistRx, starting in July 2021. In October 2022, they were promoted to Manager of Project Managers.

Dana Waelder's education history begins with their high school education at Francis Howell High School, which they attended from 1998 to 2002. After completing their high school education, they went on to pursue a bachelor's degree in psychology at Lindenwood University, starting in 2002 and finishing in 2005.

Building on their bachelor's degree, Dana decided to continue their education at Lindenwood University, where they earned a Master of Science degree in Human Resources from 2005 to 2007. Later, in 2012, they furthered their education by obtaining a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from the same university, completing their studies in 2014.

In addition to their formal education, Dana has also acquired a number of certifications throughout their career. In 2016, they obtained the ITIL Foundation 3.0 certification from APMG International. In 2018, they received the Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance. Most recently, in 2022, they obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute and became a Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) through the Scrum Alliance.

Overall, Dana Waelder has pursued a well-rounded education, obtaining degrees in psychology, human resources, and business administration, as well as acquiring additional certifications in ITIL, project management, and Scrum methodologies.
