Jenniffer Harrington

Jenniffer Harrington, CMCA has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jenniffer began their career as an Assistant Community Manager at INSIGNIA PROPERTY MANAGEMENT LIMITED in 1990. Jenniffer later worked as a Leasing Manager at General Investment & Development from 1993 to 1995. Following that, they served as a Regional Manager at Ginsburg Development Companies, LLC from 1995 to 1997.

In 1999, Jenniffer embarked on an entrepreneurial journey by becoming an Independent Consultant for The Pampered Chef. As an Advanced Sales Director, they managed a large team of consultants and consistently achieved top seller and recruiter status. Jenniffer held over 1000 sales demonstrations, developing strong communication and persuasive selling skills. Their tenure with The Pampered Chef lasted until 2017.

In 2017, Jenniffer joined Associa Mid-Atlantic as a Portfolio Manager. After two years, they transitioned to the role of Business Development Manager, where they played a crucial role in driving business growth for the company until 2021.

Jenniffer currently holds a position at Associa as a Regional Sales Director, a role they have been in since 2021. In 2023, they became the Director of Business Development, and then progressed to become the National Sales Training Director in 2024.

With their extensive experience and expertise in sales and management, Jenniffer Harrington, CMCA has demonstrated their ability to excel in various roles throughout their career.

Jenniffer Harrington attended Montclair State University from 1986 to 1990, where they studied Marketing/Marketing Management. Jenniffer obtained the certification of Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA®) from the Community Association Managers International Certification Board (CAMICB) in April 2022.
