Joe Garza, CPA has a comprehensive work experience spanning several companies and roles. Joe currently works as the SVP of Client Services at Associa since November 2021. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President - Client Shared Service Center Operations at Associa from January 2020 to November 2021. From 2019 to 2020, Joe worked as the Vice President and Controller Shared Services at Animal Supply Company. Before that, they served as the Sr. Director of Business Services (Finance Shared Services) and Division CIO (Sr. Director of IT, International Business Operations) at Commercial Metals Company from 2013 to 2018. From 2011 to 2013, they held the role of Supply Chain Director (Director, Material Planning and Logistics) at Lennox International. Joe also worked at Alcoa from 1994 to 2011, holding various positions including Division CIO and Quality Director, Supply Chain Director, Division CIO, and Software Development Manager. Prior to that, they worked as a Financial Controller at Fujitsu-ICL Systems, Inc. and Manager, Program Management at Pansophic Systems, International. Joe's career began at PwC, where they worked as an Audit Senior from 1985 to 1990.
Joe Garza, CPA completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a major in Accounting at the Texas McCombs School of Business from 1981 to 1984. Joe later pursued an Executive Certificate in Global Business Leadership with Appreciative Inquiry at the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University in 2006. In addition to their education, Joe Garza holds certifications such as Connecting with Executives from LinkedIn and Six Sigma - Greenbelt from Alcoa. Joe is also a Certified Public Accountant registered with the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants.
