Rikki Richter

Rikki Richter, CMCA, CCAM, is a seasoned professional in community management, currently serving as General Manager and Executive Community Manager at The Management Trust since August 2018. Prior experience includes the role of District Manager at FirstService Residential in California from February 2017 to August 2018, and Community Association Manager at Kocal Management Group, a division of The Management Trust, from February 2014 to February 2017. Rikki also held the position of Senior Community Manager at OMNI Community Management, Inc. from January 2009 to February 2014, and worked as a bartender at Scott's Seafood from July 2006 to December 2012. Rikki’s educational background includes a degree in Liberal Studies with focuses in Psychology and Child Development from San Diego State University, attended from 1996 to 2001, and completion of high school at South High School in Torrance.
