Stephanie Raymond

Stephanie Raymond has extensive work experience in various roles and industries.

Stephanie started their career in 2013 as an Assistant to the Customer Relations Manager at Ken Grody Ford. Stephanie worked in this role until October 2014.

In 2015, Stephanie worked as a Sales Associate at Macy's from April to August. Stephanie then moved on to Charming Charlie, where they worked as a Charmer from September 2015 to January 2016.

Stephanie then joined Westbridge Construction, Inc. as a Personal Assistant from May 2015 to July 2016.

In 2016, they joined Associa - PCM as an Administrative Assistant from July 2016 to July 2017.

Stephanie also worked as a Legal Assistant at the Law Office of Bryan M. Grundon from July to September 2017.

From October 2017 to August 2020, they worked as a Customer Experience Advisor at Professional Community Management (PCM). Stephanie then moved on to become an Operations Manager at PCM from August 2020 to January 2022.

In January 2022, Stephanie was promoted to Director of Operations at PCM, a role they held until September 2023.

Currently, they are the Regional Operations Lead at Associa, a position they assumed in September 2023.

Stephanie Raymond, CMCA, obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a Minor in Cognitive Science from California State University San Marcos, where they studied from 2012 to 2016. Stephanie also holds certifications as a Degreed Active Learner, obtained in 2022, and as a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA), obtained in 2021 from the Community Association Managers International Certification Board (CAMICB).
