Olivia S.

Olivia S. is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in customer care and event management. Currently employed as a Customer Care Specialist at VCA Canada since January 2017, Olivia contributes to the fast-paced environment at Secord Animal Hospital. In addition, Olivia is the founder of the Toronto Pignic, an annual fundraising event for Guinea Pig enthusiasts and their pets, which showcases organizational and volunteer skills. Prior experience includes roles in finished carpentry, painting, and home repairs at Cavers Contracting, as well as various positions at EXCOM Education, where Olivia instructed career-building courses and supported candidates with job placement and resume preparation. Early experience as an Assistant Event Manager at 2 Fish Management further solidified event planning expertise. Olivia has pursued education in Event Management at Swinburne University of Technology and is currently studying at Centennial College.
