Jim Knutson

Jim Knutson is a seasoned IT executive with extensive experience in infrastructure, operations, and service delivery. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Director of IT Infrastructure, Operations, and Service Delivery at Associated Bank, Jim has held significant leadership roles, including Vice President of IT Service Management and IT Director at CUNA Mutual Group. Jim's background also includes various positions at FIS (formerly Metavante) where responsibilities ranged from VP of IT - Business Strategy Manager to AVP-Systems Manager. Educationally, Jim has a dual background from CUNA Mutual Group and the University of Wisconsin-Madison, both attained between 2010 and 2015.
