Andrew Renouf

Andrew Renouf has a diverse background in the steel industry and HR, with experience in roles such as Senior Development Lead, Graduate Resourcing Officer, and Group Reward Manager. Throughout their career, Andrew has worked on various projects related to plant improvement and mechanical engineering. Currently, Andrew serves as the UK & International Reward Manager at Associated British Foods plc and previously held positions at Atkins and Simmons & Simmons. Andrew also has a Diploma in Employment Law from Cardiff University and a BEng in Product Design & Manufacture from Loughborough University.
