Michael Wilson

Michael Wilson has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Michael started their career in the United States Army as an Operations Manager, where they ensured safety during missile reloading processes and conducted equipment inspections. Following their military service, they worked as an Operations Manager at FedEx Ground, managing various functions such as recruitment, training, and employee performance evaluations. Michael then transitioned to the role of Production Manager at GKN Aerospace, where they coordinated employee activities to enhance operational effectiveness and implemented customer-centric action plans. Michael later joined Spirit AeroSystems as a Production Manager, leading production initiatives and advocating for employee perspectives in meetings with customers and senior-level management. Michael subsequently joined Pfizer as a Production Supervisor, acting as a subject matter expert in aseptic behaviors and practices while ensuring regulatory compliance and supervising operations for safety adherence. Currently, they serve as the Director of Operations at Associated Couriers, LLC.

Michael Wilson completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology at the University of Missouri-Saint Louis from 2004 to 2008. Michael later pursued a Master of Business Administration degree with a specialization in Global Operations and Supply Chain Management at Capella University between 2014 and 2016.
